About Haith Lawn Care
Have Faith in Haith
My father taught me at an early age how to make a yard look beautiful. He was in the Army, and we were always trying to win the "Yard of the Month Award" on base. First, you have to have pride about what you do. Then you have to be able to execute the correct steps to get it done. That takes thought and preparation, like with anything. Since the age of 12, I've had a pair of hedge trimmers or a weed-eater in my hands, but it wasn't always just fun and games with the machines. We pulled weeds out of the ditch and out of the flower bed by hand each month. Sometimes it would take up to 3 hours to get it done, but it's the close attention to detail that makes a yard look it's best.

I've worked for residential lawn care companies, commercial landscaping, a tree-cutting company, and an irrigation company. Most of the work I did was in Georgia and Florida. Altogether, I've been doing this for 27 years, but my company is new. I was always the workhorse on each crew that I worked for, and the only difference now is that I work for my company.

I was the general manger of a starter company in Sacramento for 2.5 years, setting up most of their operating infrastructure, learning the ins-and-outs of business, and helping the company grow each year in both size and profits. Learning the importance of building good rapport with those around you. This gave me the confidence to start my own company.
